Terms & conditions

1. The product should be booked and paid for from 7^th Sept 2026 to 30^th Oct 2026.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 years and above.
3. The contest applies to Indian passport holders only.
4. The lucky draw winners will be announced on Nov 15^th, 2026. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The prize winner will be notified by email within two days of the lucky draw.
6. The prize winner is entitled to take a partner along for the trip.
7. The winners must confirm that they accept the prizes within seven days. The judges will not accept responsibility for late responses.
8. If the winner is found to be ineligible or cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, the winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. TourFox reserves the right to modify the notification procedures concerning choosing an alternate winner, if any.
9. No cash alternative is available.
10. The prizes can be redeemed by the owner of the main login or any of the sub-users only.
11. For the winner, it is the prize winner’s responsibility to ensure that he/she carries a valid passport, visa and travel insurance.
12. No deviation from the flight itinerary will be acceptable. The date of travel is subject to availability.
13. All expenses & incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the description are the responsibility solely of the winners.
14. The prize winner will also be required to sign a declaration form releasing TourFox and other prize providers from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the winner’s participation in this competition and receipt and use of the prize.
15. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for TourFox and its sister concern companies (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name, prize won, hometown, and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes.
16. Entry to the contest constitutes permission for TourFox to email periodic newsletters to the participants.
17. The contest is not open to employees of TourFox / SWISStours or subsidiaries of Swiss International Air Lines.
18. TourFox is not liable for any loss, injury, illness, accident, death, damage, delay or expense of any kind suffered by the winner or their companion, arising out of or in connection with the contest, the prize, or any travel forming part of the prize.
19. Travel insurance is mandatory. The winner and their companion travel entirely at their own risk, and all medical, evacuation and repatriation costs are theirs alone.
20. TourFox is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or default of any airline, hotel, rail operator, excursion provider or other third party supplying any part of the prize.
21. The prize is non-transferable. It may not be sold, auctioned, exchanged or offered as a prize in any other promotion.
22. If the booking that generated the entry is cancelled, refunded, charged back or materially amended at any time before travel, the prize stands void.
23. Entries obtained through fraud, manipulation, duplicate or bulk bookings, or any breach of the TourFox terms of use, will be disqualified without notice.
24. Any tax, levy or statutory deduction arising on the prize, in India or abroad, is the winner’s sole responsibility. TourFox will deduct tax at source where required by law.
25. Visas are the winner’s responsibility. Visa refusal, an invalid passport, or denial of boarding or entry gives no right to a refund, compensation or an alternative prize, and the prize will be forfeited.
26. TourFox may amend, suspend or cancel this contest, or substitute a prize of equal or greater value, at any time and without notice, including for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
27. TourFox’s decision on all matters relating to this contest is final and binding. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
